Please help PC will not boot suddenly. I recently moved and it has been working fine since this Sunday, I bought a new power supply and swapped it out and it's still having the same issue. Some advice would be greatly appreciatedvideo of issue

So far I've tried reseeding everything, rewired it with the new power supply, switched Outlets as well
