need advice for a 30-day weightloss as a 92-kg guy
please help.
okay so im gonna do a 30-day long weight loss journey where I'm basically gonna do NO RICE, NO DRINKS, only water journey, but I need help, like how should i workout? what should i do? what should my routine be?
let's start this off, I'm basically a guy from the Philippines, I'm 5'7ft, and I'm weighing 92kg, yes I'm really fat. The reason I'm fat is because a girl used to like me because of my body, so I went fat and went to unlimited rice restaurants. There, years later I'm now fat and living by that freestyle, jeez that sucks!
anyways, I'm gonna do this for 30-days straight, cause I wanna get used to it first and then eventually make it a part of my routine every single day. But, how do I start? what should I even do or start on? I have a plan to jog for a certain amount of hours and a certain amount of distance, what do you guys also suggest on my jogging? Can filipinos out there give me a route for the jogging that is good for me? I can jog pretty far but I know I'll be hella tired, so I'm not bringing any money so I can stop myself, only water.
I don't know how to do this, like should I jog before workout or jog afterwards? And I'm probably gonna worry about "ohh man my body hurts so much" if it hurts do I keep going? Like man, I'm not doing this for girls but I really want a good look at myself. My nose is too big, my hands are just composed of fats, I have no abs at all.
There's a gym a few minutes from me and I might get a membership there. It has a cost of 750 pesos but that's for every month. I'll consider buying it but I need y'all's opinion. I really need to start losing weight, here are the days I'm not available:
Wednesday 5:30pm onwards
Thursday 6:00pm onwards (every 3rd week starting now)
Saturday 7:00am onwards
Sunday (reserved for events and so)
Can y'all pls help me? No I don't want any girls. I want a good-looking self. I know reddit could help me out with some opinions and advice! And if there are any free fitness guys to be oncall with, please hit me up! Thanks so much!
