My RPM has plummeted by about 45%. The month turned over and everything just hit rock bottom instantly. Is this normal? I know rates usually peak at the end of the month and dip at the start, but this drop seems a bit extreme.

Both my match rate and fill rate are also fluctuating like crazy.
