- Is it a good idea to not waive courses through advanced standing, since certain classes may be easier to get an A in, and therefore result in a higher GPA? I'm an engineering applicant, and the course waivers offered to me include University English, Chinese, General Education, Physical Education, Digital Literacy and Computational Thinking.
- If I select "I accept Admission with Advanced Standing" through portal, will I later be able to choose which specific courses I want to waive from the 6 courses listed above, or would accepting Advanced Standing mean that all eligible courses are automatically waived?
