Its so crazy how a company can sue you and terminate your contract on the basis of literally nothing
Because what the hell do you mean HYBE is suing Danielle for a whopping 30 million dollars and have done nothing but delay, delay and not submit a singular piece of evidence for anything? They terminated Danielle's contract just like that and now they can't even justify it?
If you ask a kpop stan on reddit, they'll tell you so damn confidently about what Danielle allegedly did and didn't do when not not even HYBE has been able to do so far in court. The alleged breach of contract HYBE is referencing isn't even from the NJZ era but from April 2024. The girls contracts were already deemed valid in 2025 with no breakdown of trust so only god knows how now they are claiming she breached her contract in 2024 while still under OG ADOR. Obviously this still remains to be a claim with 0 evidence.
Danielle's side can't even retaliate because HYBE hasn't given them anything to retaliate to.
