This person was indicted for 9 felony charges for “Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse” and currently has a court case pending. In the meantime, they are working for Uber/Lift/DoorDash. I have no idea how they are still employed after the charges were filed, and a simple background search on their name reveals articles about the indictment and arrest on the first page.
Many customers would be upset if I they knew who was picking them up for rides and delivering their food. This should be a no brainer, but how do you alert these companies to the felony charges? Do they just not care or run any sort of background checks for these types of people?
