I was hurt at work in November of 2025. I injured my shoulder and had DCE surgery. A lot of the symptoms I had still didn’t subside. I went for another MRI and it was discovered I had two herniated disk in my neck. The insurance company is denying all treatments for my cervical spine and they scheduled an IME. What can I expect moving forward?
Has anyone dealt with ccmsi. I hurt my shoulder back in November and the doctor said I needed distal clavicle excision on my left shoulder. I had the surgery back in February and I’m currently doing pt. Through out the process my shoulder was still hurting a lot, I was having a lot of pain and my left arm had a burning sensation along with pins in needles feeling in my left hand. Doctor ordered an mri on my neck and they discovered 2 herniated disc and spinal stenosis and sent me to a pain management doctor and they want to do a epidural injection but ccmsi has denied it. I have an attorney for my case. I’m just curious if denied care is normal in these situations.
