Between fake postings and people applying to 400-4000+ jobs, how many of you have actually found something?

I'm wondering what industries are genuinely still hiring given the economic slowdown from *gestures broadly* and the war in Iran (gas/diesel prices...).

I'm job searching myself and the best luck I've had so far is through temp agencies.

So yeah - who hired you in 2026?
