I’ve already been hired by TDCX, but I’m currently still rendering with my current employer. I’m considering submitting an immediate resignation instead—are they strict about that?

Is there still a possibility that I could fail the process, or will I be able to proceed with training? I’m worried that if I resign immediately, they might cancel my employment
