CPU temp help

Hello.

I got a ASUs k6502he for £275 a few months back in pretty much unused condition

3050ti
I9-11900h
16gb 3200hz
1 Tb nvme

I noticed I was thermal throttling. So I bought a stand to elevate it and used throttlestop to cap my cpu voltage. This is due to the slim chassis as there’s no dust

I currently have it at 35w instead of the original 45w

This has helped a lot but I really want advice on what is the best Wattage and Core clock settings I could use on throttlestop so that I squeeze as most performance out my i9 without it throttling over long gaming sessions

My CPU and GPU share a cooling system which means they kinda heat eachother up

I’m also sadly unable to undervolt due to it being a H variant.

Appreciate any advice from people who enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving tech stuff like me 🙂
