68 year old male, 1 1/4 years from Prostate Cancer treatment and have been told I’m cured. Every 3 months during treatment I had hormone injection to reduce my testosterone to 0. Before treatment started my testosterone measured 19.4.
5 months in from start of treatment I had 20 days of targeted radiation therapy.
During treatment I had zero sex drive. In February 2026 my testosterone measured 11.4 and my sex drive is unbelievable, like I’m 17 years old again.
My problem is I don’t externally ejaculate and I’m wondering if this will ever reverse itself so that I cum with my orgasm?
Has anyone experienced anything like this? This is NOT erectile dysfunction. I’m hard and I orgasm but no cum out of my penis.
BTW, my urine after orgasm has my semen in it.
