Been interviewing for a role here at a VP level, can anyone confirm on what pay can they offer? I'm currently at ~48 lpa fixed in current organization, can I ask for around 65 fixed? What's the approx pay for home grown 13 yoe person? Willing to be at slightly lesser than that.
Anyone booked flat in this project, could you please confirm on the possession date in the agreement? While channel partner and sales team verbally says 2027, all their documents on Rera website mention Dec 2030 and if asked on that, they say don't go by Rera date since we have completed 90% and all. When repeatedly poked them on any document which says 2027, they go like "trust me bro" and ask to first visit site, good deals we will give, excellent project, location/amenities etc. and totally avoid the query of a documentation which says 2027. That makes it look a bit fishy to me, even if they have actually completed 90% they can delay possession citing labour shortage due to war, monsoon etc.
