Lost my youth but got it back and some. [29]
543lbs) to 265LBS. Lost 273 pounds in 2.5 years and not where I want to be still pushing. NO OZEMPIC OR GLP.
My name Is Johnny, from Texas originally just recently moved to Florida! Im 29 spent most of youth being extremely obese. One day I decided I had enough. Went cold turkey and haven't looked back. I tried all the gimmicks, did one surgery the lapband. Lost 80 pounds but gained it back and more all the way to 543.
Only thing that works if you change your mind, before you change your diet 😉
I decided to get into the Roofing Industry in sales. Had to make a transition mentally aswell. Hardest part was accepting im not the same person.
You learn human nature to the core seeing how people you knew all your life treat you differently. Not bitter! Just observant :)
I learned to cherish and value those people who treated me the same.
Im not boasting lol but I can say honestly Ive had much more success with the ladies.
I was counted out & basically lived that life in "600lb pound life"
I decided I was worth more than that.
The point of the this post is to hopefully reach that one person who thinks its too late or the goal is to far to reach. If I could do it, YOU GOT THIS!
Please feel free to message me or ask anything literally.
This is a photo of my journey
