I am given 18 mg and 36mg to start low and titrate
started with 18
moved to 36 it works but now feels weaker
took 36+18 felt numb
took 36mg and 18mg after 2-3 hours
and felt better
so will taking single 54 be feeling better than one 18 and one 36
