scrivo per segnalare un grave malfunzionamento riscontrato sul mio monopattino NAVEE ST3 Pro.
Durante l’utilizzo, in fase di accelerazione, il mezzo non eroga potenza in modo regolare ma procede a scatti. Dalla ruota posteriore proviene un rumore anomalo, tipo “tac tac”, sincronizzato con i tentativi di accelerazione.
Il problema si manifesta in particolare quando sono sopra il monopattino (quindi sotto carico), mentre con la ruota sollevata risulta meno evidente.
Inoltre:
- il display segnala velocità 33km/h e compare l’errore E2 con avviso acustico e icona chiave rossa

I am writing to report a serious malfunction found on my NAVEE ST3 Pro scooter.
During use, during acceleration, the vehicle does not deliver power regularly but proceeds in jerks. From the rear wheel comes an abnormal noise, like "tac tac", synchronized with attempts to accelerate.
The problem occurs in particular when they are above the scooter (therefore under load), while with the wheel raised it is less obvious.
In addition:
- the display reports speed 33km/h and the E2 error appears with audible warning and red key icon
