So, my penis curves due to some self inflicted damage. When you feel the side of the curve there's clearly bumping from damage. And isn't perfectly straight

Is there anyway to help stretch it to try n straighten it by hand, doing specific techniques or any supplements that will help dealing with penile damage and peyronie's disease?
