Was the exam completely different from the first one ?

I studied my butt off using imagingu and mri quiz, yet still failed the exam even after acing the mocks on those platforms. When taking the exam again, is a whole new exam? Are the questions the same as the first exam but shuffled ? I’m very nervous and would like advice
