In my early 20s I could easily finish a book a week. Now it takes me almost a month sometimes and I catch myself rereading the same paragraph 3 times before it actually registers
It’s not even that I enjoy reading less. I still want to read but my attention span feels way more fragmented than it used to. Wondering if this is just a normal part of getting older or if my brain got rewired somewhere along the way.
