Gulf Air cancelled my flight 49 days ago. Whilst I am sympathetic to their situation, it is totally unacceptable not to have been reimbursed yet.

I called them previously and they advised that it would be repairs within 31 days. I have now received another email saying that it will take longer - but without saying when.

Has anyone else had these issues?
