Awful interview experience.
I was pretty excited about a director level role that became available at a reputable company near me. I scheduled the initial interview and she blew me off for an hour. When we got on the call, she opened by saying I was not qualified for the role, and thought a PM role was a good entry point for me because they are a "work your way up kind of company". I then briefly tried to justify my qualifications and she cut me off by saying "do you even have a formal education?".......I went to MIT.
