As per the post title, the issue lays in the keyboard today.

The mouse in the combo is working not the kb, I've asked my customer to try all kinds of key combos, but the board seems to fail.

The NumLock light is static (can't be turned off), then the FN light is blinking.

I've looked at the keyboard layout and asked the customer to press the FN lock button but that fails, no input whatsoever.

Oddly the mouse works...

Steps taken: Driver/Device uninstall on windows, but it looks to not be doing anything.
Is there anyway of re-pairing the USB dongle to the Keyboard or not?
