I got a captain 560 headset at the end of last year. I'm able to connect it to my phone and the audio is beautiful but, when I use the aux I get no sound whatsoever even though multiple devices pick it up as being connected. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's far too late to return or exchange it and I'm having issues with my current headset or gaming. I would love to be able to use this one for my console. And yes, I have adjusted settings to flow exclusively through the headset. Still nothing. If you have any idea at all what could be wrong I would be so grateful.
