Hi! I am very new to photography but my family has a rebel t3 lying around and I was wondering what lens you guys would recommend. I like to shoot in nature while on backpacking trips, or cool shots of the city/just my surroundings + with my friends and all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

I got waitlisted from BMOS at western with 12 ap classes and a 94+ avg (American student Canadian citizen). I heard BMOS was super easy to get into and only needed an average in the 80s PLUS there are no supplementals for plain BMOS.

I even got into McGill Desautels which is super strict with grades but not Western? Do u think this is worth appealing/is it even possible?

This is half just a rant because I’m pretty annoyed that I spent $200 on my application to Ivey just for it to not even get the chance to get reviewed.
