Hi friends! 31f, 5’10, 200lbs here. I am FINALLY getting my hands on some Reta. My med spa finally has it and I’ve been looking everywhere for months for it.

I’ve been on wegovy, then zepbound for 2.5 years, with a 5 month break last year (where I gained 30 pounds back because of a health issue). I started at 275ish and as of last week I was 200! I haven’t seen that number in 6 years at least. I’m a slow responder unfortunately and it’s taken a while to get the weight off. Oddly enough I’ve lost weight essentially everywhere but my middle. I’m only 1-2 sizes down from my original start size and I have so much fat around my stomach still :/ will Reta help with that?,

Can I hear everyone’s experience with Reta? Did anyone take zepbound and was a slow responder but a fast responder to reta? Anything I should know off the bat? I’ve been lucky on the GLPs and have had very little side effects. I used to get bad migraines and food aversion from it but that went away a while back.

If I start on the lowest dose of Reta am I going to feel anything? Any supplements I should take? I work out 2x a week but need to up it to 3-4 because I’m getting married next year and want to keep the muscle I do have.

Give me all your tips, tricks, stories, and suggestions please!!! I’m so anxious about starting!!

▲ 1 r/zoloft

Let me preface this with I’ve got awful OCD (harm, magical thinking, contamination, you name it), depression, and anxiety.

I’ve been on Zoloft for about 5.5 months now after having bad reactions to Luvox and Prozac did absolutely nothing for me. I upped to 150mg last month since I’ve been extra depressed due to life circumstances (my dog getting cancer) and the intrusive thoughts popping back in. When I tell you the sweats are unbearable, I don’t know what to do!!!! I’ve lost 70 pounds and I’m trying to lose my last 40 and when I tell you I’m dripping sweat from every surface of my body 5 minutes into a workout….its unbearable. I’m soaked. I wake up wet in the middle of the night. My neck, my thighs, my back. Wet. This only started on the 150 dose. I’ve been doing so well mentally on it (my brain is quiet? I’m not sad or happy I’m just, okay? I don’t wake up gasping in the middle of the night?) so I would hate to go down a dose. I don’t want the bad thoughts back.

Please PLEASE tell me this goes away at some point. I live in the South. It easily gets to 100 here in the summer. I’m gonna fry to death 😭

The only other side effects I’ve had are an upset stomach once, some insomnia, and of course everyone’s favorite side effect, literally 0 ability to get off 💀
