It’s night time and I have intense urge to watch porn and fap and the worst part is this is my second day from relapse. What do you people do when something like this happens?

It’s been more than 3 years and I am unable to quit but now I will be posting everyday and try my best to quit as well. Give me suggestions or tips so I can be prepared.
