Hello fellow introverts (BIG hello if anxious also!),
My years in a scaleup and some startups made me very self-aware of my struggles and those faces by others in fast-paced and hustle work environments (soloprenuer, among others). I am so grateful that I have come such a long way and I want to share some learnings and strategies for others to get similar relief - this is what I primarily seek...

Post here or DM me on Reddit or Linkedin with your main introvert pain point while working as a soloprenuer. Think beyond the social aspect. Consider how you mange your time and energy, how easy it might be to get stuck with an obsession, the challenge of zooming out regularly, how we tend to add instead of substract to regulate our anxietes, and many more 🤷♂️
