Hi, me and my wife are applying for the UK Spouse visa next month and we are unsure if we have to declare a fine she got from the DMV driving place in Florida, we believe it was for an insurance lapse but we paid it before it became a problem. Would we have to declare this fine? Or no as we’ve checked and it never went to official records in her name
