I guess im just writing this to see if anyone has feedback or been in a similar situation. Prior to this I hadnt been in an accident in over a decade. But recently I was in a hit and run accident which I was still receiving PT for and treatment. And this week I was in another accident where a car appear to run a malfunctioning red light (When its not working, so it's blinking in both directions) so the car has to treat it as a stop sign, but it seems the other vehicle speed through it and ran into me. But just feel very frustrated at the moment. And not sure what will happen now with my open claim. For both im not at fault but still not sure how the second one will be handled. Anyone got any advice in this situation
