I am needing some serious help regarding multiple roosters and chickens being kept in a small apartment patio. These roosters crow all day and night. We have very close units and you can hear it through the house. It often sounds like they’re fighting and the owner just yells at them. Multiple residents have complained and made reports with 311. The cops were called and they just said to call 311. I have also called 311 and they said they sent a letter to the owner. I understand that can take time or the owner can just ignore it. I have not been able to find a realtor or actual property management for this property at all so i don’t even know if the letter will get anywhere. I have not slept in 2 days. What can we do?
