Project Solar / Freedom Forever fallout. Anyone with success post FF bankruptcy?

Want to see who else is out there dealing with a pending Project Solar home system and the fallout from the Freedom Forever bankruptcy last month.

For me: Project Solar has been somewhat responsive (way more than what I experienced when I was working with Tesla whom I cancelled after months and months of run around), but I'm not sure anymore if they're just better at calling me back because they got this under control, or because they are dragging me/others along with no actual concrete solution.

My project was in the permitting stage with Freedom Forever when they went under. Now Project Solar is telling me I have an installer (sub-contractor) assigned and things will start moving again. The problem is...they told me that 3 weeks ago with a different company named, and now today they are saying a new company is assigned to me. I called the new company, and they currently have not heard anything about them being my installer (or anyone from Project Solar for that matter). Granted...this could take a week or so for paperwork to catch up, but I'm also wondering if they're just googling installers in my area and just making this up to drag me along more until they find a sub-contractor that will actually accept their bid. Will I be assigned a new installer in 2 weeks and so on so on? That's the fear.

So: Is anyone else out there dealing with Project Solar and this Freedom Forever bankruptcy, and what has your progress been? Anyone out there with insight into how this might play out?

Signed, frustrated. Why can't Solar be a straightforward business with no shadiness? (pun intended).

Long time lurker, about to pull the trigger on a (I think?) good deal on a used, GM buyback (lemon) hummer ev SUT, but concerned with the lack of answers I got regarding what is actually covered when I get this vehicle back to my state.

It has the power bed cover installed. It worked when I checked the vehicle out, but I know these powered covers have a history of problems. The dealership can't figure out if it was bought originally with this installed, or if the customer added it on their own later. It matters because if it was done on their own, theyre telling me it wouldn't be covered by the remaining bumper to bumper warranty.

Anyone have experience with this buying a GM buyback from one state and taking it to another (taking it to California for reference)? If/when i have an issue and take this to a local Cali GMC dealer, what would they need (documents ect) to service that accessory under the original warranty?
