I’m trying to improve airflow to my third/top floor and need help figuring out which HVAC dampers should be open or closed.

I’m uploading photos of each damper for each floor, along with a photo of the entire unit (these were the best photos I could get of the dampers, sorry). Any advice on how to set them for the best airflow upstairs would be really appreciated.
