How to figure out if someone is more of a cultural Christian or actually a disciple?

Well after making my way back to the usual apps I have realized that some people claim to be Christians who are fairly easy to spot whereas other appear early in their faith walk, for example someone who lists Christian on their profile and says that they went to church to deal with their mental health and had a improvement and has been going for the last year. The church they are going to seems good but points of doctrine I would expect to be displayed arent really present on the church's site. Without point blank asking if they really are a Christian how should one figure out where someone stands?

JMU grad in biotechnology and currently working as a medical lab scientist. Like to hike, beekeeping, hunt, and also help out with tech in a local theater and my church plus doing odd jobs for a local pregnancy center. Currently running a DnD campaign. Sort of an amateur cook but if you have a recipe or request I will definitely try it out. Got baptized at 18 but only got serious about my journey in the past few years. Current church is Brethren/Baptist and I consider myself Protestant. I am continuing to deepen my faith in God and Jesus and looking for someone to join me in that. Looking for someone who puts God first in all things and then hopefully will still have some time left for me and would be good both going outdoors and staying inside. I am also conservative and would like to find someone with similar morals/ideals. Approximate age range I am ok with is 20-30. Would hope to find someone in the North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania area. Willing to relocate but would prefer colder rather than warmer.
