Like I cant read a freaking paragraph without getting distracted mind wondering off. I talked w a psychologist and psychiatrist about adhd (admittedly didnt think it was that, just wanted to check all boxes) and other concentration issues. Unless I'm actively messing w something related eg hands on activity, I'm not getting anything done.

I read like 20 manuals on repairing a furnace today while messing w our programming but damn if I cant read a 5 pg research thesis on my project.

When I first started T I noticed the issue and thought I could work thru it but over a year later I'm struggling.
