My friend has been able to play Halo MCC fine for the past few months since buying the game on pc but a couple months ago it wont launch and gives the error "dx11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine". we updated his graphics drivers, we updated directx, we checked the features in the device manager, we even used DDU to remove the gpu driver and reinstall the gpu driver. we have done a bunch of things and we still havent fixed the issue and we dont know what to do, can anyone help?
