Crisis advice. Currently stuck in hospital. (A&E)

Hello my friends 💕Currently stuck in hospital awaiting a dr. I Administered emergency injection around 7:30pm, V&D persisted for 30 mins after injection so called 999. Was told on arrival at hospital "you'll be seen when you get seen" I tried to say what normally happens is I get another emergency injection plus fluids, was told I need to wait. I gave up. It's now half 11, only just got fluids and anti sickness. Currently playing toilet Olympics. Which kind of defeats the fluids... Apparently because I injected myself at home I don't need another?! I have a feeling I would have been better trying to manage this at home. My wife isn't with me, I'm pretty rubbish at standing up for myself when I feel so shit... Pun totally intended. Back is killing me, feeling pretty weak. I don't have a good track record with this place, they usually make me worse before I get better. -I found an emergency injection in my handbag, I'm tempted to inject myself to stop this from spiraling. No puking currently (anti sickness) but my guts seem to think everything within an inch of my life needs to hurry out the exit like it's some kind of natural disaster escape drill. Thoughts? Xxx 💖 😘

I've stopped hydroxy. It's thinned my eyes. Rheumy has said it possible I may not need anything to replace it, as I'm on 25mg methotrexate injectable. Which is a fair point. However, to test his theory, he's ordered bloods for 2 weeks time to check for inflammation. But hydroxy won't be out of my system for approximately 3 months due to its long half life, unless my research is incorrect? So ordering tests that soon isn't going to give an accurate picture of how my body behaves on methotrexate alone. Or am I way off Base? One other thing that niggles at me about being on just one DMARD, I stop methotrexate whenever I get an infection, and I suffer from chronic kidney infections (average 10 a year) and usually stop for 2 weeks or more at a time, So it would make sense to me to have something in the background seeing as I'm always stopping and starting. But the former question is the one that I really can't fathom?

They finally all have one designated place to live! I may need to reorganise them a bit- as they are a bit crowded.. maybe a box/shelf type thing so I can have 2 rows on each shelf (if that makes sense?) because I’ll blatantly end up getting more! I only have 6-7 I haven’t decorated, and there’s some I need to change a bit that I’m not happy with anymore.. the little guys I want to dye. So many plans, so little time!! I also got a big bag of clothes today (why do they pack every tiny thing in it's own bag? So much wasted packaging!!) they pretty much have their own wardrobe now🫣🤗👌🏻 gonna switch them up a bit! 💖xx
