I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but here we are. Recently, I found out that my girlfriend has been cheating on me with one of my closest friends. The betrayal feels like it’s coming from two directions at once, and I’m struggling to process it.

On one hand, I feel angry and hurt by her actions. On the other, I can’t wrap my head around how someone I trusted as a friend could do this to me. It feels like my entire support system collapsed overnight.

I just spent half a day lining up at a government office for something that should’ve taken 15 minutes. The staff were polite, but the system is so outdated paper forms, multiple signatures, and endless waiting. It’s exhausting when you just want to get things done. I can’t help but feel like our time as citizens isn’t valued. Anyone else feel drained by this kind of bureaucracy?
