Binance scammed me

Binance Has Been Charging Me Hidden Fees and Deducting More Than their Standard Rates for a While

I’ve been using Binance for two years. By coincidence, yesterday while I was using a friend’s phone, I noticed that his market sell price was lower than mine. When I contacted support, they told me the spot market sell fee is 0.1%. I showed them a video proving that in my case it’s much higher—between 3% and 12%.

For example, once I bought a coin for $800. When I tried to sell at market, it showed I would receive only $680—meaning $120 was deducted as fees.

What I experienced with support was extreme stalling. First they told me to wait one hour, then 4 hours, then 6, then 12, then 24, then 48, then 2–3 days. Finally, after a full week, someone claiming to be a specialist responded and tried to convince me with a completely illogical explanation. When it became clear I wasn’t convinced, he started giving generic advice about trading risks and losing money—while in reality, what I lost was taken as excessive fees. My trades are usually profitable.

A week ago, the first support agent didn’t believe me and asked for proof. I recorded a video and had to execute buy and sell trades—losing money in fees—just to prove my point. Now, after an entire week, another agent still isn’t convinced and is asking me to record a new video again, which means I would have to lose more money in fees just to prove the same issue.

For context, I’ve been trading since 2017 and have used many platforms like OKX, Bybit, and MEXC. I’ve never seen anything like this on any other platform. This illogical explanation from customer support clearly indicates outright theft.

And in conclusion, thank you for taking the time to read my issue—I hope this gets shared as widely as possible

*** I have a video record but it's not allowing me to send it here

And they just freezed my other post 😂
