Refund already issued, talk to bank
End of March I ordered a beer. A single beer, I think it was a four loko, total came to $11.96.
Dasher assigned then order canceled. The app recreated the order for a new total of $5.71. Dasher assigned and again order canceled. It's now 2 am and alcohol can't be sold.
$5.71 charge never showed up on the card but they returned $2.89 of the $11.96 and told me the rest will arrive in 5-7 business days. I waited 8 business days and contacted them a week ago, only to be told they've issued the refund (of around $8) and I should go contact my bank if there's any problems.
I argued that I've already visited the bank and they said it's out of their hands and I need to contact doordash.
Doordash support agent eventually says he's pushed this to the specialist team and they'll contact me by email. That was about 10 days ago, no email, no contact, RIP $8.
I uninstalled the app.
