I just need to rant…

9 years I’ve worked for this company. 9 years I let people call me off the clock to help them, take customers orders. 9 years I watched as I get over looked for position after position..I’m sick and tired of it…and you give me $88.15 per pay check. I’m not sure why I expected anything different.

Giving us just enough to make it is wrong for the amount of crap we put up with. My district held a competition for which store would have the biggest blue bucket sales increase and the winner received bragging rights..HELLOOOO do they think we’re children?! Who, as an adult, is motivated by bragging rights??? Believe me when I say, the second I’m able to leave this company I’m gone.
