May nakatanggap na po ba ng interview invite email after ng technical exam last week?

I have an interview for Thermal Modeller role at Benson Wall System. Is this field worth trying as mech eng?

Does anyone know pano and gaano katagal hiring process nila?

Saka worth it ba graduate programs nila for fresh grads? (training, work environment, management, salary, other benefits?)

I recently took the technical assessment this week. Totoo po bang walang allowance na matatanggap ang mga cadets? And if I may ask, does anyone know gaano katagal yung cadetship program?

Edit: Another question, ano po kaya yung magiging role after the training? Gaano po kaya kalaki yung jump sa salary?

I completely filled out their forms like last April 17 pa. Although I am aware na sa PRC rating at TOR sila tumitingin, I am still hopeful to be interviewed since I really want to progress in this career path.

Any idea gano katagal process nila and if meron man nakatanggap ng update, ano itsura ng email?
