Why Bowles isn’t the long term answer.
It’s his energy. A good leader knows how to elevate or de-elevate the energy on the sidelines. If your team needs to get hyped for a fourth quarter comeback he knows how to do it. I you have a large lead and you see your team being compliance he knows how to get them back and on track to close it out. If your team is too hyped he knows how to set a grounding atmosphere.
Todd Bowles however is flat. His demeanor absolutely works in certain scenarios but he only has one tool in his bag here. You aren’t going to have long term success in a game that thrives on energy if you don’t know how to control it.
