Just a quick glimpse! I had to reorganize my closet and I decided to pull out my buttons and beads (that'll be later). I used to sew a *lot*, but nothing that required me to use buttons. It was just an excuse so I could feed my button addiction. "Well, I'm in the fabric store...might as well get some buttons!!!".❣️🤣😜

The last two photos are of a baggie my mom had stashed in her sewing machine of some of her buttons (she's still alive ❤️) and her grandmother's buttons (the ones in the manilla envelope). I *ABSOUTELY* stole them from her with ZERO shame 🤪. But she knew about it because I told her LOL.

I do intend to sort them to get an inventory on them, so I'll have better pictures soon and an official count. If I don't mess up! I also have one more place to look where I think I may have some loose ones stashed.

This is where I just put singular items or doubles of things I fancy, also items from other collections but I don't have space since I've moved, so I call this area my "everything" collection. 🤷🏽 It's super dusty, I almost didn't post it... 🫪 A majority of it is Gorilla puttied down because I have a beast of a cat and my hands/fingers just are not what they used to be.

I've had a good portion of the items for 20+ years, some are coming up to the 20 year mark. Some are only a few years old. Other are just randomly aged of course!

The last photo is the last thing that I added. I couldn't help myself as I found it to be absolutely adorable and I was instantly attached to it.
