Hi All,

I have a moebot acre eater. Unfortunately the rear wheel seems to have gotten stuck somehow. I've cleaned it and done everything I can including factory reset etx. It is still under warranty but the supplier in Australia has gone bankrupt. I may get to the bottom of it, we've been waiting 3 months now and I'm starting to get worried it'll never be fixed.

I am keen to fix it if possible, does anyone have any idea how hard this is to fix and how I could order the parts?
