Hi! I posted here about a week ago because I am deciding between Loyola Chicago’s and Fordham’s MSW programs. I got some great insight, but I am hoping to hear more about Loyola Chicago’s internship program (because some people were saying it had become disorganized). Are there any current students who can share their experiences?
I was recently accepted to both Fordham's and Loyola Chicago's MSW programs and am trying to decide between the two. I was initially leaning towards Loyola because Chicago is definitely less expensive than NYC, but I've heard that the leadership has been rather disorganized recently. I have connections in either city, so I am not worried about that, and luckily the price is not a concern.
I just want to make sure I will feel prepared for the LCSW exam and be well set up with internships during and after the program.
Can anyone provide insight?
