Found this cutie running around the Smart & Final parking lot on EG Blvd. He has a nice collar which makes me think someone is probably looking for him. Took him to Bradshaw Vet to scan for a chip but there wasn't one. Taking him to Animal Shelter on Union Parkway now. I hope his owner tracks him down! https://imgur.com/a/kzbYdmk
