Hi everyone!

I’m trying to purchase the K2 Pro Combo and I’m a bit confused about the coupons.

I have a 10% Trade-in code and an 8% Subscriber code. Based on the website, they should be stackable, but when I apply them at checkout, the final discount is only around 1% (and they just don't work together).

I opened a ticket 4 days ago. But no solution.

Am I missing something? Has anyone successfully used both codes together for the K2 Plus, or are they actually not stackable despite what the promo says?

Just trying to understand if I’m making a mistake before I decide what to do.
