I currently own the LG Ultragear 27GP850P-B.AEU. An HDR 400 IPS Panel 144Hz 1440p Screen.
I am looking at the Asus ROG Strix XG27AQDMG Gen 2. It's an HDR 400 WOLED 240hz 1440p Screen for around 360 € (with gift cards). It's 3rd Gen OLED and has a TrueBlack Glossy finish. I don't have direct sunlight on my screens, so that is no problem.
They have somewhat similar specs outside of the Technology. The increased Hz is nice, but not really necessary for most games. It'll be good for League, but outside of that, I don't see that one being the major difference. For people who made the jump, is it worth it? Is my life gonna change for the better? I'm not gonna break my bank, but I want to see a clear difference for the price. Another nice to have will be a 2nd screen that is HDR, since I do watch a lot of videos on that screen.
