How far does your agoraphobia allow you to go?

I have agoraphobia myself and I'm curious of the extent of others agoraphobia here. Some can go outside, only around their home, only a room, etc. And some need a person to accompany them.

For myself, I typically stay in my place for weeks at time (besides taking out trash & getting mail). When I do work out the courage to go, I can walk to places around my block like the convenience store, library, vegetable store which are a 5-10 minute walk. If I'm going on a bus, there's only 2 stops I feel safe getting off at (supermarket, and the mall which is a yearly activity). Anything else requires that I go with a family member. Though, it is rare that I travel without mother as I accompany her to help with errands.

My agoraphobia is based primarily on my fear of getting lost but also the fear of getting sick if I'm away from home. So I'm interested in hearing others experience
