See results from the tool - but i've replaced my GPU with an old one on apr 16th, since then occasionally when gaming i've gotten a black screen. Between from april 16th -> april 26th i was undervolting my CPU and overclocking my GPU but ive sinced stopped doing both and still seem to sometimes get this issue - not sure why?

Unsure how to interpret the results of this tool
