Helpppp

Not sure if we messed up big time with our pothos
Got her from Home Depot a little over a week ago. The roots seemed kinda dry when we first got her and she had a few brown spots on some leaves, so my boyfriend and I decided to repot her. First-time plant parents so please don’t roast us lol.
We used potting mix and my boyfriend put rocks at the bottom of the pot with soil over top. The soil already had those little perlite pieces in it, but he was convinced the rocks would help drainage 🙃 We watered her after repotting too (maybe mistake #2).
This is usually where she hangs by the window. I was worried maybe the AC stressed her out, but the vent doesn’t blow directly on her and the house stays around 74°. I also opened the blinds and moved the curtain because I thought maybe she wasn’t getting enough light… but now I’m wondering if she got too much light today.
She started looking limp — stems softer and leaves looking sad — so today I took her back out of the pot. The soil was SUPER moist and the roots were silky/bouncy with water, not dry at all like before. I removed the rocks and all the wet soil and repotted her again with just regular potting mix.
Now I have her back inside and I’m panicking thinking we killed her 😭
Does this sound like transplant shock? Overwatering? Too much change too fast? What should I do now to help her recover?
